The surface toughness is low with the grinding method.

A grape freshness keeping method includes the following steps that 1, the opening of a freshness protection package is placed upwards, and two layers of absorbent paper are arranged at the bottom of the freshness protection package; 2, grapes are placed on the absorbent paper in the freshness protection package; 3, a layer of absorbent paper and a layer of freshness protection paper are sequentially placed on the uppermost side of the grapes, one side of the freshness protection paper is hydrophobic material and faces upward, and the other side of the freshness protection paper faces downward and is provided with preservatives; 4, the opening of the freshness protection package is sealed. Through the method, the surfaces of the grapes can be protected against moisture condensation and bleaching, definite humidity and definite concentration of the preservatives can be maintained in the freshness protection package, and the grapes are not prone to water loss and are kept fresh. Through the method, the pre-cooling step is omitted before the grapes are stored in a refrigeration house, and grape loss caused by complex steps in the grape storage process is prevented. In addition, operation steps are simplified, cost is saved, the relative humidity in the freshness protection package is high, stem protecting and green preserving are achieved, and bleaching of the preservatives is effectively reduced.
