The EO gas is then removed and it is sealed by a seal part 16c. Even if the medical supplies 15 are exposed to an antiseptic solution such as H2O2, it will not enter the packaging bag 10.

The display substrate preparation method includes: forming a nanoparticle layer on the substrate; coating the nanoparticle layer with the photoresist, and exposing the photoresist by using a mask after the pre-baking treatment; performing development processing, wherein the photoresist in the the nano-particle layer unretained area is completely removed, and the exposed nanoparticle layer is dissolved in a developing solution; subjecting the second ligands of the nanoparticle covered by the photoresist retention region to a crosslinking reaction after the post-baking treatment, and fixing the nanoparticle layer on the substrate; stripping the photoresist to complete patterning of the nanoparticle layer. The nanoparticle can be combined with a photolithography process to achieve high resolution of nanoparticle patterning.

A non-lasing superluminescent light emitting diode (SLED) comprises a semiconductor heterostructure forming a PN junction and a waveguide defining an optical beam path. The heterostructure includes a gain region and an absorber region in series with the gain region in the optical beam path. A voltage is applied to the PN junction in the gain region by first contact means, so that light emission from the active region and along the optical beam path is produced. According to the invention, second contact means are provided, contacting the PN junction in the absorber region and operable to remove charge carriers generated by absorption in the absorber region. The second contact means are not connected to a voltage source, but to a charge carrier reservoir such as a metal surface. According to a preferred embodiment, the two end facets of the waveguide are perpendicular to the optical beam path.

The polyolefin barium sulfate transparent masterbatch can maintain mechanical properties, color and transparency of polyolefin products and meanwhile substantially reduce the raw material cost.
