Abstract

The invention discloses a mold-proof, antibacterial and waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is prepared from a liquid component and a powder component in the mass ratio ofaddition amount being 1:(3.0-4.0), wherein the liquid component comprises raw materials in percentage by mass of the liquid component as follows: 20wt%-30wt% of a No.1 styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20wt%-30wt% of a No.2 styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.20wt%-0.30wt% of a wetting dispersant, 0.10wt%-0.20wt% of a defoaming agent, 40wt%-50wt% of water and 5wt%-10wt% of copper sulfate pentahydrate; the powdercomponent comprises raw materials in percentage by mass of the powder component as follows: 45wt%-55wt% of cement, 40wt%-50wt% of quartz sand, 3wt%-5wt% of quartz powder, 0.02wt%-0.05wt% of celluloseether, 0.4wt%-0.5wt% of a water reducer, 1wt%-2wt% of silica fume and 1wt%-2wt% of an inorganic silver ion antibacterial agent.
