The invention provides application of active peptides from oysters in wound repair. The active peptides from oysters have a novel use of repairing
skin wounds. A preparation method of the active peptides from oysters comprises the following steps: washing all organs of oysters, and carrying out beating so as to obtain
oyster pulp; adjusting the pH value of the
oyster pulp to 7.0, and adding animalprotease with an activity of 800-1700 U /
g protein, and conducting
enzymatic hydrolysis for 3.5-5.5 hours; after completion of the
enzymatic hydrolysis, carrying out
enzyme inactivation at 100 DEG C for 10 minutes, and carrying out centrifuging at a rate of 8000-12000 r / min so as to obtain liquid supernatant; carrying out full
filtration by using a selected
ceramic membrane of which the aperture is 0.05-0.5 microns; carrying out separation by using ultra-
filtration membranes with various molecular weight
cut-offs so as to obtain an enzymatic hydrolyzate of which the molecular weight is
smallerthan 3000Da; and then, carrying out concentration, carrying out storing at -80 DEG C for 24 hours, and carrying out freeze-
drying so as to obtain the active peptides from oysters. The active peptidesfrom oysters provided by the invention have novel usage in
skin trauma medicines, including medicines used for repairing
skin burns, wounds, cauma, scalds and the like; and moreover, the use effectsof the skin trauma medicines with the active peptides from oysters are obviously better than the use effects of the medicines in the prior art. Thus, quick wound repair without scar remaining can be achieved, so that, the skin trauma medicines with the active peptides from oysters has more obvious wound repair promotion effects.
