desizing printing and
dyeing wastewater pretreatment method, and relates to the technical field of
textile printing and
dyeing wastewater treatment. The methodspecifically comprises the following steps: S1, respectively adding lignosulfonate,
acrylamide and
ammonium persulfate into PVA-containing
desizing printing and
dyeing wastewater, and carrying out mixing for a reaction to obtain a wastewater mixture, S2, discharging the wastewater mixture in the step S1 into a first-stage mixed reaction
sedimentation tank, adjusting the pH value by using sulfuricacid, adding
ferrous sulfate for a reaction, adjusting the pH value by using
sulfuric acid or alkali, adding PAM for a reaction, precipitating the mixture in a
sedimentation tank, and discharging precipitated
effluent into a second-stage mixing reaction
sedimentation tank, and S3, adjusting the pH value with alkali in the second-stage mixing reaction sedimentation tank, carrying out an
aeration reaction process in a reaction tank for 1-2h, adding ferrate and PAM into the reaction tank, carrying out a reaction process, and carrying out sedimentation in a sedimentation tank. According to the method provided by the invention, the removal rate of COD in PVA
desizing printing and
dyeing wastewater reaches 55%, the load of organic matters entering a biochemical
treatment system is reduced, andsubsequent biochemical treatment and up-to-standard
discharge of the wastewater are facilitated.
