The process of the invention uses BW115 to express silkworm antimicrobial peptides, researches fed-batch high-density fermentation process, carries out multi-stage amplification culture to pilot production, and then comprehensively optimizes fermentation production process conditions, so that the biological potency of an obtained fermentation liquid reaches more than 10,000U /ml, the water contents of antimicrobial peptide products obtained through spray drying are smaller than 5%, and the biological potency of the antimicrobial peptide products reaches more than 80,000U/g. The antimicrobial peptides disclosed by the invention are applied to feed adding, so that production performances of bred animals can be obviously improved; compared with the existing similar product, the process for producing the feed antimicrobial peptides by the bacillus subtilis has the characteristics of high product biological potency, low cost of raw materials, short fermentation period, simple process and suitability for large-scale industrial production.

Application of chitosan guanidine cationic waterborne polyurethane in preparation of antibacterial coating layer

The invention discloses an application of chitosan guanidine cationic waterborne polyurethane in preparation of an antibacterial coating layer. A preparation method comprises the steps: taking polyester diol as a soft segment, diisocyanate as a hard segment and stannous octoate as a catalyst, and synthesizing an isocyanate end-capped prepolymer; carrying out primary chain extension reaction with small molecular chain extenders diethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol in an acetone dilution environment; introducing a cationic hydrophilic chain extender N-methyldiethanolamine, further carryingout chain extension, generating quaternary ammonium salt under the neutralization action of glacial acetic acid, and emulsifying the neutralized product by a chitosan guanidine aqueous solution underan ice-water bath condition to form the chitosan guanidine / cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion; and coating a tetrafluoroethylene plate with a film by a film coater to obtain a chitosan guanidine / cationic waterborne polyurethane coating layer. The prepared polyurethane coating layer of chitosan guanidine has high transparency, excellent mechanical property, thermal stability, water resistance and adhesive force, so that the coating layer is expected to be used for antibiosis in the field with high requirements on weather resistance.

New cationic antimicrobial peptide and application thereof

The invention relates to a new cationic antimicrobial peptide and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of biochemical polypeptide medicines. The new cationic antimicrobial peptide is a small molecule polypeptide which is designed artificially and synthesized chemically by taking a natural antimicrobial peptide in skin secretions of rana temporaria chensinensis david as a template. The small molecule polypeptide comprises 13 amino acid residues, and the C terminal of the small molecule polypeptide is amidated. The small molecule polypeptide has the sequence of IKKILSKIKKLLK-NH2, the molecular weight of 1552.13Da and the isoelectric point of 10.70, and the small molecule polypeptide has 6 positive charges. Tests prove that the small molecule polypeptide has broad-spectrum inhibiting and killing effects on a variety of bacteria and human cancer cells in vitro and has no hemolytic activity and eukaryotic cell toxicity in an antimicrobial and anticancer concentration range, and drug resistance is not easy to produce. In addition, experiments on animals show that the small molecule polypeptide has the effect of resisting wound infection. The small molecule polypeptide has small molecular weight, is synthesized artificially and conveniently, has extremely high application value and can be used for preparing new antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer medicines.
