The method comprises the following steps: carrying out multiplication culture on microorganisms separated from small intestines of pigs to obtain single colonies, and carrying out taxonomic identification on strains obtained by screening by utilizing 16S rRNA sequence alignment and genome sequencing analysis to determine that the strains are pseudomonas chlororaphis. The strain is applied to catalytic conversion of chenodeoxycholic acid, and 7-O-lithocholic acid is successfully obtained.
