Abstract

The invention provides an accurate matching method utilizing parental genomic information in animal breeding, and relates to the technical field of animal breeding. According to the method, retained population is evaluated and selected from backup population, and genotyping is performed to classify a male species and a female species; genotypes of different sites of a male individual genome and afemale individual genome are distributed and combined in a matching mode; an expected genotype value of offspring of a matched combination is predicted, wherein the genotypes include an allelic substitution effect and a dominant effect; a parental individual mating combination is optimized according to the predicted genotype value of the offspring; and according to the optimization result of the matching combination, a best paired list of male animals is recommended for specific female animals which need mating. According to the accurate matching method utilizing the parental genomic information in animal breeding, the offspring is produced by optimizing the genotype combination of mating parents to maximize the performance of the selected characters of the matched offspring, so that the performance of the offspring is maximized; and the accurate matching method is combined with a complete animal identification, management, production and genetic improvement platform for animal breeding.
