Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of refinery dry gas separation and recycling, and relates to a device and a method for recycling carbon 2 and carbon 3 in refinery dry gas by the aid of oil absorption and rectification processes. The device comprises an aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas treatment system and a coking dry gas treatment system. The aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas treatment systemcomprises an aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas compressor, an ethane tower and a light hydrocarbon tower, the aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas compressor, the ethane tower and the light hydrocarbon tower aresequentially arranged along a material flow direction, and the aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas compressor comprises at least two sections; the coking dry gas treatment system comprises a coking dry gas compressor, a coking dry gas cooler, an absorption tower and a desorption tower, the coking dry gas compressor, the coking dry gas cooler, the absorption tower and the desorption tower are sequentiallyarranged along the material flow direction, and a tower top of the desorption tower is arranged between the sections of the aromatic hydrocarbon dry gas compressor in a connected manner. The device and the method have the advantages that the contents of light components such as hydrogen and methane in materials fed into the ethane tower can be reduced by the aid of the method, the tower top temperature of the ethane tower can be increased, ethane-rich gas in products can be delivered to ethane pyrolysis furnaces of ethylene devices to be used as a raw material, light hydrocarbon in the products can be delivered to propane dehydrogenation devices to be used as a raw material, dryers or propylene refrigeration compressors can be omitted, and accordingly the investment and energy consumptionof the device can be reduced.
