Abstract

The paint is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55%-70% of aerogelacrylic emulsion mixed slurry, 25%-40% of functional filler, 1% of a wetting agent, 3% of a coalescing agent and 1% of a defoaming agent, wherein the aerogel acrylic emulsion mixed slurry is formed by mixing aerogel powder and acrylic emulsion, and aerogel is silica aerogel with water glass as a silicon source. The cheap and easily available water glass is used as the silicon source of the aerogel, and the silica aerogel is prepared in a normal temperature and normal pressure mode, so that the cost is low, the product has excellent thermal insulation performance, and popularization and application of the aerogel are facilitated.
