The method comprises the steps that (1), a fiber fabric which contains antibacterial fibers issoaked in the aqueous solution of a bacteriostatic agent, and moisture is removed in multiple steps; (2), reflecting resin, aluminum-silver powder, butyl acetate and a curing agent are uniformly stirred and mixed to coat the bacteriostatic fabric prepared in step (1); (3), glass micro beads are preprocessed, added to the aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, stirred in a water bath, cooled, filtered and washed for three times by sequentially adopting distilled water and absolute alcohol, and membrane coated glass micro beads are prepared after vacuum drying; (4), the membrane coated glass micro beads are planted to a PE / PET composite membrane to be compounded to a coating fabric prepared in step (2), and a washable bacteriorstatic reflecting fabric is obtained.
