Abstract

The CuO / CeO2 mesoporous nanosheet is prepared successfully by the combination of a hydrothermal process and a wet impregnation process. The objective is to improve oxidative reduction performance of CeO2 by introducing CuO, and improve intrinsic activity of a catalyst by giving play to synergy of the components, and improve soot purification activity by enlarging the contact interface of soot particles, the catalyst and gas reactants (such as NO and O2). As expected, the attained catalyst has high activity and strong stability for soot oxidation, and has a potential application prospect under actual working conditions.
