The production method of the building material with the ardealite matrix comprises the steps of mixing the ardealite and the gold mine tailings evenly, and then ageing a mixture for a period of time; and stirring and mixing the nanosilicon dioxide, the rubber, the multiwalled carbon nanotubes and the water-retaining agent evenly, then mixing a mixture and the aged material, and packaging a mixture to obtain a finished product.
