Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly separating hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin in bagasse. The method comprises the steps: adding absolute-dry bagasse powder into a water-bath-heated p-toluenesulfonic acid solution for a reaction for 15 to 40 minutes, adding distilled water to terminate the reaction, and separating filter liquor from filter residue, wherein the filter residue is the cellulose in the bagasse; and adding distilled water into the filter liquor, carrying out standing, then, carrying out centrifugation, removing supernatant, and subjecting precipitates to centrifuge washing, thereby obtaining the lignin in the bagasse. According to the method, the p-toluenesulfonic acid solution can be used for thoroughly separating the cellulose, the hemicellulose and the lignin in the bagasse under the conditions of relatively low temperatures, normal pressure and relatively short time, the separating is rapid and efficient, the yield of the lignin can reach 90% or more during reaction, the hemicellulose is completely degraded into monosaccharides and is removed, and the cellulose is hardly destroyed. According to the method, the traditional harmful complicated-operationmethods are avoided, a new way, which is clean and efficient and is simple and easy in operation, is adopted, the reaction conditions are mild, the safety is high, and thus, the market potential is huge.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomass refining, in particular to a method for rapidly separating hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin from bagasse. Background technique [0002] Approximately 75 billion tons of plant cellulose, a plentiful, renewable, biodegradable biopolymer, is produced globally each year. Cellulose is one of the most abundant natural polymers on earth, mainly derived from trees and other higher plants, and is an inexhaustible renewable resource in nature. Due to the oil crisis and the sharp rise in the price of petrochemical raw materials in recent years, especially the negative impact of synthetic polymers based on petroleum products on the environment and human health, and the biodegradability, biocompatibility and easy derivatization of cellulose, etc. The sharp contrast of the characteristics makes people focus on cellulose, a renewable resource. Since the 1970s, all kinds of cellulose theoretical research and ...
