The skin cell repair cream is prepared from the following main components of Provence rose floral water, glycerine,butyrospermum parkii sheabutter, tocopherol, meadowfoam seed oil, polydimethylsiloxane, compounded substances of polyglyceryl-6 distearate (and) jojoba esters (and) polyglycerol-3 beeswax acid ester(and) cetyl alcohol, hydrogenated lecithin, cetostearyl alcohol, caprylic capric triglycerride, hydroxyacetophenone, 1,2-hexanediol, 1,3-butanediol, a centella extract, triethanolamine, fibronectin, soluble collagen and a saffron extract. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparing a first mixture and a second mixture, mixing the first mixture with the second mixture to obtaina third mixture, preparing a fourth mixture from the third mixture, finally adding the centella extract, the fibronectin, the soluble collagen, the saffron extract and the triethanolamine to the fourth mixture, and performing stirring so as to obtain finished products. The skin cell repairing cream disclosed by the invention has the efficacy of nourishing skin and activating and repairing cells.
