The coated paper comprises a substrate and a coating material layer; and the coating material layer comprises the following components, in parts by weight: 45-75 parts of trifluoropropylmethylcyclotrisiloxane, 20-30 parts of polyethylene masterbatch, 16-28 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 6-8 parts of polyethylene wax, 2-8 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, and 6-8 parts of starch glue. The coated paper provided by the invention has better moisture resistance and high-temperature resistance, higher peel strength and a larger application range.
