Problems solved by technology

Halogenated biphenyl derivatives, especially polychlorinated biphenyls, are widely produced at home and abroad as the main components of industrial raw materials. During the early application of chlorinated biphenyls, a large amount of chlorinated biphenyls leaked into the environment, causing environmental pollution. long-term pollution

Embodiment 1

[0018] The domestication, screening and isolation of embodiment 1 Ralstonia pickettii (Ralstonia pickettii) M1 bacterial strain

[0019] 1. Sample source

[0020] Sewage samples were collected from the sewage of an electronic waste recycling plant in Qingyuan, Guangdong, and high-concentration phenanthrene and biphenyl were used as carbon sources for long-term domestication, and efficient phenanthrene and biphenyl-degrading bacteria were obtained through multiple screening and separation and purification.

[0021] 2. Medium

[0022] (1) Inorganic salt medium: Inorganic salt medium is used for the enrichment culture of microorganisms in the sample and the degradation experiment of phenanthrene and biphenyl under the condition of pure bacteria. The medium formula is shown in Table 1 (containing phenanthrene or biphenyl solution).

Abstract

The invention discloses Ralstonia pickettii M1 strain and its application in degrading phenanthrene and biphenyl. The M1 strain is domesticated and isolated from sewage of an electronic waste recycling plant in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province, and is a degrading strain using phenanthrene and biphenyl as carbon sources. According to the strain morphology, physiological characteristics, Gram reaction, 16S rDNA gene sequencing analysis and phylogenetic analysis, the strain was identified as Ralstonia pickettii M1. The strain can utilize phenanthrene and biphenyl as carbon sources, and the initial concentrations of phenanthrene and biphenyl are 100mg·L ‑1 After being cultivated in the inorganic salt culture solution for 3 days, the degradation rate can reach more than 60%. Therefore, the Ralstonia pickettii M1 strain has good application potential in the bioremediation of PAHs and PCBs.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to Ralstonia pickettii M1 strain and its application in degrading phenanthrene and / or biphenyl. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of modern industrial processes, the pollution of industrial wastewater is becoming more and more serious. Various persistent organic pollutants (POPs), such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), exist in industrial wastewater. PAHs are ubiquitous and accumulating in the environment, and have received widespread attention. Due to factors such as industrial mining, agriculture and other human activities and high background value of soil environment, PAHs in the environment have been seriously polluted and seriously exceeded, and the main pollutants in chemical parks and surrounding soils, oil production areas, mining areas, and sewage irrigation areas are all is caused by PAHs. Phen...
