The capillary network radiation refrigeration air conditioning system is characterized in that a spraying device (2), an absorption tower (3) and less auxiliary devices are only additionally arranged; an absorption/analysis water steam principle of absorption type working pairs isfully utilized, operation pressure, temperature and flow conditions of the absorption type working pairs are controlled, the cooling capacity is provided for capillary network radiation refrigerationcirculation distributed in a room (5) through an evaporator (7), and simultaneously, the natural air with higher outdoor temperature and humidity can be firstly dehumidified by utilizing the absorption type working pairs, and then the dehumidified natural air (21) can be pre-cooled by utilizing frozen water (23) formed in an outlet of the evaporator (7), is then fed into the room and is used as fresh air. Compared with relatively-conventional air conditioning adopting an independent capillary network radiation refrigeration and independent fresh air system, the method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, and can avoid the dewing problem of conventional capillary radiation refrigeration tube network, and therefore, the method is particularly suitable for energy-saving reconstruction of the area radiation refrigeration air conditioning with higher humidity and temperature, and is also suitable for being used in occasions on which the temperature and the humidity need to be accurately controlled.
