Embodiment 1
[0027] Example 1 Preparation method of potentiometric sialic acid sensor based on molecular imprinting polymerization technology and boronic acid-diol recognition
[0028] Polymerization of aminophenylboronic acid on carbon cloth electrodes: Electrochemical polymerization was performed in 0.1 mM HCl solution containing 20 mM 3-aminophenylboronic acid monomer, 100 mM NaF and 5 mM sialic acid. Electrochemical polymerization uses a carbon cloth electrode as the working electrode, Ag / AgCl as the reference electrode, and performs 30 cycles of cyclic voltammetry scanning in the voltage range of 0.1-1.1V and at a scanning rate of 100mV / s. Soak the modified electrode in 0.1M NaOH solution for 12 hours, so as to elute the sialic acid template molecules on the modified electrode. Finally, soak the electrode in 0.1M phosphate buffer solution (pH4.8) for 24 hours to stabilize the potential. That is, a potentiometric sialic acid sensor was obtained.
