Relating to the field of oilfield development, the invention discloses an acidizing blocking remover, a preparation method thereof and a blockage removing method applying the same. The acidizing blocking remover comprises a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D. Specifically, the component A includes hydrochloric acid, xylene and water; the component B includes a mud acid/organic acid system; the component C includes additives, a composition capable of producing hydrofluoric acid and water; and the component D includes hydrochloric acid and water. The construction processincludes: step 1: injecting a pre-flushing liquid with a mass concentration of 2-5% into a water injection well; step 2: squeezing the component A into the stratum at a displacement of 1-1.5 cubic meter/min; step 3: reducing the displacement, and squeezing the component B into the stratum at a displacement of 1-1.2 cubic meter/min; step 4: squeezing the component C into the stratum at a displacement of 1-1.5 cubic meter/min; and step 5: adding the component D into the well. Combination of the whole components can achieve a good treatment effect on mixed plugging of old wells, and the acidizing blocking remover is suitable for wells with a deep blocking section, a large blockage removing radius and a large blocking remover dosage.
