Embodiment Construction

[0027] A method for extracting source rock asphaltene wrapped hydrocarbons, comprising the following steps:

[0028] (1) Soxhlet extraction of source rocks to obtain extracts. The specific process is as follows:

[0029] Accurately weigh 200–300 g of source rock samples and put them into filter paper tubes that have been extracted with chloroform, seal the mouth of the paper tubes with absorbent cotton threads, then put the filter paper tubes into extraction tubes with a diameter of 2–2.5 cm, and add two Transfer the methyl chloride-methanol mixture to the 2 / 3 of the extraction bottle, extract it in a water bath at 40±0.5°C for 72 hours, recover the solvent, then evaporate the solvent in a water bath at 40±0.5°C to 1~2 mL, then transfer it into a weighing bottle , and rinse the recovery bottle with dichloromethane-methanol mixture (v:v, 9:1) for 3 times, combine the rinse solution into a weighing bottle, put the weighing bottle in a fume hood to dry naturally, and weigh it af...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting hydrocarbon source rock asphaltene-coated hydrocarbon. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out cable extraction on a hydrocarbon source rock to obtain an extract; (2) adding n-heptane into the extract to precipitate asphaltene to obtain precipitated asphaltene; (3) repeatedly performing soxhlet extraction on the precipitated asphaltene until the obtained extract has no organic component through GC / MS detection, thus obtaining the asphaltene; (4) wrapping the asphaltene with filter paper extracted by dichloromethane, then placing the wrapped asphaltene in a fume hood, naturally airing at room temperature, and grinding to obtain ground asphaltene; (5) subjecting the ground asphaltene to ultrasonic treatment, filter membranefiltration, family component separation and elution to obtain saturated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon components; and (6) directly extracting components such as saturated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon through a non-polar solid phase micro-extraction column head, then inserting the extraction column head into a GC sample inlet, and analyzing, samplingand detecting at 280 DEG C. The method for extracting hydrocarbon source rock asphaltene-coated hydrocarbon, provided by the invention, can improve the detection accuracy and solve the difficult problems of the contrast, maturity and deposition environment of the seriously biodegradable hydrocarbon source rock oil source.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of analysis, in particular to a method for extracting hydrocarbons wrapped in asphaltenes in source rocks. Background technique [0002] The hydrocarbon components encapsulated in asphaltene are hydrocarbon compounds protected by the macromolecular network structure of asphaltene. They have not been damaged by microorganisms in the later reformation of source rocks, and their original appearance has been retained, which can be used to identify severely degraded source rocks. Sedimentary environment, maturity, kerogen type and main means of oil source correlation. Unfortunately, there is still a lack of rapid and accurate extraction methods for the encapsulating hydrocarbon components in source rock asphaltenes. [0003] The ruthenium ion catalyzed-oxidation method can oxidize condensed ring aromatic hydrocarbons on macromolecules to various benzene polyacids without destroying the aliphatic structure, so th...
