A lilium lancifolium stem elongation culture medium is prepared from MS, 30 g / L saccharose and 5.0 g / L agar; a bulbil induction, expansion and root taking culture medium is prepared from MS, 1.0 mg / L 6-BA, 30 g / L saccharose and 5.0 g / L agar.
