Problems solved by technology

However, when the above formulations are dissolved, when a certain amount of preparations are added to the water, there will be a popping sound, which is a precursor to chlorine dioxide explosion and a potential safety hazard. Therefore, how to solve the problem that chlorine dioxide solid preparations are easy to decompose and explode and other safety issues, it is urgent to find a stable chlorine dioxide solid effervescent agent, which is of great significance for eliminating potential safety hazards, improving product production and storage stability, and ensuring the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide

Abstract

The invention discloses a stable chlorine dioxide effervescent and a preparation method thereof. The stable chlorine dioxide effervescent is prepared by mixing sodium chlorate, anhydrous sodium bisulfite, anhydrous sodium bisulfate, anhydrous sodium sulfate, anhydrous copper sulfate and anhydrous sodium carbonate according to a mass ratio of (5-20):(3-8):(5-12):(25-40):(1-3):1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, uniformly mixing the sodium chlorate, anhydrous sodium sulfate and anhydrous sodium carbonate according to a corresponding mass ratio, and carrying out vacuum drying at 45-60 DEG C for 6-12 h to obtain a material A; b, uniformly mixing the anhydrous sodium bisulfite, anhydrous sodium bisulfate and anhydrous copper sulfate according to a corresponding mass ratio, and performing vacuum drying at 45-60 DEG C for 6-12 h to obtain a material B; and c, fully and uniformly mixing the material A prepared in step a with the material B prepared in step b in a powdermixer, performing seal packaging, and storing the obtained product in a dry and shady environment. The effective content of chlorine dioxide in the product is 8-12%, and the chlorine dioxide effervescent provided by the invention is safe and stable, has no decomposition or explosion risks, and has a long sterilization and disinfection duration and a high killing rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bactericidal disinfectant, in particular to a stable chlorine dioxide effervescent agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Chlorine dioxide is a high-efficiency, non-toxic, rapid, and spectral bactericidal disinfectant, and is internationally recognized as the fourth-generation safe, non-toxic green disinfectant. It can kill bacteria, fungi, viruses, spores and other microorganisms, and its disinfection effect is better than that of commonly used hypochlorite, chlorine gas, glutaraldehyde and other bactericidal disinfectants, which is 8 times the disinfection effect of chlorine gas, and does not produce chlorinated alkanes and other carcinogenic substance. [0003] Most of the early chlorine dioxide disinfectants were chlorine dioxide gas injected into an inert solution to form a 2-5% solution, but the content was low, and an activator was still required to release chlorine dioxide during use, a...
