Abstract

The invention relates to a pretreatment method of lignocelluloses, in particular to a pretreatment method of a straw lignocelluloses raw material, and aims to solve the technical problems of high catalyst preparation cost and high solvent cost of existing methods for degrading lignin by heteropoly acid. The method comprises the steps as follows: air-dried straw powder and a phosphotungstic acid aqueous solution are uniformly mixed and then subjected to two-stage heating, wherein the temperature at the first stage is 105 DEG C and the heating time is 1-4 h, and the temperature at the second stage is 130-160 DEG C and the heating time is 20-60 min; and then, suction filtration is performed, solid residues are pretreated straw lignocelluloses, and phosphotungstic acid is recovered after filtrate is collected. The method has the total sugar recovery rate of 70%-84% and catalyst recovery rate of 70%-80% and can be applied to the field of biomass pretreatment.
