Abstract

The infant formula goat milk powder adoptsdefatted goat milk as the raw material and is also added with the lipidosome which simulates the fat structure of the breast milk besides common nutritional ingredients. Fats in the formula milk power are formed by mixing and matching three types of vegetable oils and the OPO, and the compound oil package wrapped by MFGM is added into the defatted goat milk through a high-pressure micro-jet homogenization technology, thereby preparing the infant formula goat milk powder.
