Problems solved by technology

[0006] In the prior art, the Cas sequence is a CRISPR-related gene, and the protein functions expressed by different Cas sequences are different, such as nucleases and integrases. Research in editing, so far, there is no research report on bacterial deformers synthesized by bacterial genes, as well as the deformation effect of Cas2 protein and its use to increase bacterial adaptability

Abstract

The invention belongs to the biotechnical field, and relates to a method for changing cell morphology of bacteria, in particular to a method for inducing cell deformation of bacteria by using a clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) associated proteins 2 (Cas2 sequence expression protein for short) sequence as well as application of the method in improving adaptabilityof bacteria and other aspects. The method comprises the steps as follows: linking a sequence encoding the Cas2 protein to a vector to obtain a recombinant vector; and taking the recombinant vector totransform cells for protein expression so as to promote filamentous deformation of rhabdocyte. The method of the invention changes the morphology of the bacteria by use of the Cas2 sequence derived from bacteria, finds that the Cas2 sequence can effectively improve the adaptability of the bacteria, provides a new molecule, condition and method for drug screening, and has application prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological technology, and relates to a method for changing the morphology of bacterial cells, in particular to a constant interspaced short palindromic repeat-related protein 2 (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR) associated proteins (Cas) 2, referred to as Cas2 sequence expression protein ) sequence to induce bacterial cell deformation and its use in improving bacterial adaptability and the like. Background technique [0002] According to data records, the basic shape of bacterial cells is stable, and the basic shape of bacteria is the core feature of bacterial classification and qualitative. Studies have shown that the basic shape of bacteria will change in the presence of certain molecules, and these molecules that can induce changes in the basic shape of bacterial cells can be called cell deformers. Studies have reported that bacterial cell deformation agents have good applicati...
