The intelligent monitoring system can monitor the temperature, load carrying, stealing and invasion and the like of the power cable circuit and ensure safe and high-efficiency operation of the power grid; the information of various sensors is compressively analyzed andprocessed; and when an abnormal situation appears, corresponding linkage equipment is controlled to take certain measures to ensure the normal operation of the power grid. Meanwhile, aiming at the problems that missed alarm and false alarm are easily caused because of the damage to reality of power cable data, a prediction model of a sensor data stream and a prediction mechanism of the predictionmodel are given. When the prediction error of the model exceeds a preset threshold valve, the prediction model can be automatically adjusted, so that the quality of the information of the distributedoptical fibre sensors is improved, and effective modification can be performed when data abnormity appears; therefore, the defect rate of an optical fibre detection system is reduced to a certain degree; a large amount of field work is avoided; and the work efficiency is improved.
