Abstract

The air inflating tool comprises a back-protecting air inflating groove which is arranged in a manner of being matched with a welding seam in the welded back surface; a V-shaped or U-shaped air inflation protective hood is arranged inside the back-protecting air inflating groove; a diffusion buffer is slidably arranged inside the air inflation protective hood; and the end, positioned outside the back-protecting air inflating groove, of the diffusion buffer is provided with a protective air pipe joint. When being used for implementing flat welding operation for the stainless steel plate, the air inflating tool is simple and convenient to operate, achieves a good protection effectand improves the work efficiency. The air inflating tool is light, portable and reasonable in structure and can be regulated and moved according to actual welding length. Air inflation is optimized by adopting an input air diffusion buffer; the back surface is intensively protected; the back surface of the welding seam of the stainless steel plate is mainly white and golden yellow, and an optimalprotection effect is achieved; argon enters a protection region via the diffusion buffer so that the argon and the air are exchanged more quickly; and thus the oxygen content in the protection regionis reduced relatively quickly.
