Abstract

The invention provides a method used for detecting the content of coumarin components in an angelica dahurica medicinal material on the basis of UPLC and the quantitative analysis of multiple components by a single marker. According to the method, four components in the coumarin components in the angelica dahurica medicinal material can be detected at the same time on the basis of the quantitativeanalysis of multiple components by the single marker. Compared with a common HPLC detection method, the method has the advantages of better stability, higher accuracy, shorter detection time, higherefficiency and lower detection cost. According to the method adopted, the content of isoimperatorin, oxypeucedanin and oxypeucedanin hydrate is calculated through a relative correction factor f and chromatographic peak positioning under the condition of lack of isoimperatorin, oxypeucedanin and oxypeucedanin hydrate reference substances; and therefore, the measurement of the content of the coumarin components of the isoimperatorin, oxypeucedanin and oxypeucedanin hydrate in the angelica dahurica can be realized, and a new method is provided for the quality control of the angelica dahurica.
