Embodiment 1

[0041] The preparation of embodiment 1 cataplasm ointment

[0042] (1) Dissolve 20g of sodium methylcellulose in a mixture of 100g of glycerin and water, add 5g of polyacrylic acid and 10g of polysorbate 20, and heat to 40°C while stirring until dissolved to obtain solution I;

[0043] (2) Add 10 g of gelatin into water, heat and dissolve at 45°C to obtain II solution;

[0044] (3) Add 50 g of sodium polyacrylate, 0.5 g of aluminum hydroxide, and 1.5 g of EDTA-2Na to the remaining 100 g of glycerin, stir and dissolve to obtain III solution;

[0045] (4) Dissolve 1 g of tartaric acid and 50 g of polypropylene glycol-400 in water, add 20 g of solubilizer N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, then add 1 g of Sema 3a human recombinant protein, stir and dissolve to obtain IV solution;

[0046] (5) Mix the solutions of I, II, and III evenly, then add IV, stir evenly, apply on non-woven fabrics, slice into slices, and attach a protective film to prepare a cataplasm ointment.

Embodiment 2

[0047] The preparation of embodiment 2 cataplasm ointment

[0048] (1) Dissolve 25g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose in a mixture of 100g of propylene glycol and water, add 5g of sodium polyacrylate and 10g of polysorbate 80, and heat to 40°C while stirring until dissolved to obtain I solution;

[0049] (2) Add 15g of gelatin into water, heat and dissolve at 45°C to obtain II solution;

[0050] (3) Add 50g polyacrylic acid, 0.5g aluminum glycolate, 2g EDTA-2Na to 100g glycerol, stir and dissolve to obtain III solution;

[0051] (4) Dissolve 0.5 g of tartaric acid and 50 g of polypropylene glycol-400 in water, add 15 g of solubilizer N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, then add 1 g of Sema 3a human recombinant protein, stir and dissolve to obtain IV solution;

[0052] (5) Mix the solutions of I, II, and III evenly, then add IV, stir evenly, apply on non-woven fabrics, slice into slices, and attach a protective film to prepare a cataplasm ointment.

Embodiment 3

[0053] The preparation of embodiment 3 Babu ointment

[0054] The preparation method and raw materials are the same as in Example 1, except that 1g of EDTA-2Na in step (3), 2g of tartaric acid and 1g of Sema 3a human recombinant protein in step (4).

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a neuronal guidance factor Sema to preparation of a cataplasma for treating osteoarthritis. The neuronal guidance factor Sema is selected from a Sema 3a protein which can be selected from a natural protein or recombinant protein. Besides, the invention discloses the cataplasma based on the neuronal guidance factor Sema and a preparation method of the cataplasma. The cataplasma comprises a backing layer, a cataplasma body layer and a protective film, wherein the cataplasma body layer comprises active pharmaceutical ingredients and a drug-loaded matrix.Clinical tests prove that the prepared cataplasma can effectively relieve the pain of an early degenerative osteoarthritis subject.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine, and in particular relates to the use of a nerve guiding factor Sema macromolecular protein in preparing a catarrh ointment for treating osteoarthritis. Background technique [0002] Osteoarthritis (OA) refers to a synovial joint disease characterized by cartilage loss and periarticular bone reaction, also known as osteoarthritis, degenerative osteoarthritis, hypertrophic or hypertrophic arthritis, etc. Most common rheumatic disease worldwide. Osteoarthritis is the degenerative injury of articular cartilage, reactive hyperplasia of joint margins and subchondral bone caused by aging, obesity, strain, trauma, congenital abnormalities of joints, joint deformities and many other factors. Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disease among middle-aged and elderly people. According to survey research, the prevalence rate of people over 60 years old can reach 50%, and that of people over 75 years old can re...
