The tumor-specific target enrichment of the nano-carriers can be realized under the self-targeting action of the cell membranes; and near infrared irradiation can make nano-particles generate photo-isomerization, thus, the rapid near infrared light releasing of drugs at tumor tissue sites can be realized, and the efficient treatment of tumors can be achieved as well.
