The method comprises the following steps: 1) washing with water to adjust the quality; 2) steaming: spreading rinsed sesames on a cotton gauze with good air permeability, steaming for 30-60 min by adopting a steam box or a sterilization pot, wherein the spreading thickness is controlled to be within 20 cm; 3) performing airflow puffing: performing heating stir-frying on the sesames steamed in step (2) by adopting an airflow puffing machine, and setting the airflow puffing pressure to be 0.6-0.9 Mpa, the airflow puffing time to be 25-35 s and the temperature to be 160-180 DEG C; 4) raising the sesame; 5) grinding into a thick liquid ; 6) separating out oil by the aqueous extraction technology; 7) oscilating for separating oil; and 8) filtering, and precipitating.
