Abstract

The invention discloses a copper, molybdenum and sulfur multi-metal separation flotation method which comprises the steps that 1, raw ore and lime are subjected to mixed ore grinding, and the ore grinding precision-0.074 mm ranges from 60% to 70%; 2, after the ore grinding, a flotation reagent A is added for one-time roughing, one-time concentration and one-time scavenging, and copper concentrateand tailings A are obtained; 3, a flotation reagent B is added into the tailings A for one-time roughing, four-time concentration and one-time scavenging, and molybdenum concentrate and tailings B areobtained; and step 4, a flotation reagent C is added into the tailings B to carry out one-time roughing, two-time concentrate making and on-time scavenging to obtain sulfur concentrate and tailings D. The copper concentrate is separated out through one-time roughing and one-time concentration; after the primary scavenging, the tailings A are subjected to one-time roughing and four times of concentration to separate out molybdenum concentrate; and the tailings B are subjected to one-time roughing two-time concentrate making and on-time scavenging, the sulfur concentrate and the final tailings D are finally obtained, middlings generated in the flotation process return to the previous step, the effect of separating copper, molybdenum and sulfur through multiple metals is obvious, and the comprehensive recovery value is achieved for copper, molybdenum and sulfur beneficiation.
