Embodiment 1

[0249] Embodiment 1 (preparation of adhesive)

[0250] Each component was mixed according to the formulation described in Table 1 (the unit is part by weight), and the adhesive agent was obtained. Using an E-type viscometer (trade name "VISCOMETER TV-25", manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) to measure the viscosity of the obtained adhesive at 25° C. and a shear rate of 100 (1 / s), the result was 22.6 mPa· s.

Embodiment 2~30、 comparative example 1

[0251] Examples 2-30, Comparative Examples 1-3 (preparation of adhesive)

[0252] An adhesive was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the formulation was changed as described in Table 1 (the unit is part by weight).

[0253] (adhesion evaluation)

[0254] The adhesives obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples were applied to a glass plate (trade name "S9112", manufactured by Matsunami Glass Co., Ltd.) (coating film thickness: 5 μm), and the adhesive was applied in an air atmosphere using an LED irradiator as a light source. Light of 365 nm was irradiated to obtain a cured product / glass plate laminate.

[0255] The obtained laminate was subjected to an adhesion test (cross-hatch method; in accordance with JIS K5600-5-6 (ISO2409)), and the adhesion was evaluated by a six-stage classification test.

[0256] (Evaluation of curl resistance (1))

Embodiment 31

[0297] Example 31 (preparation of laminated body)

[0298] The adhesive obtained in Example 8 was coated on a cellulose triacetate film (TAC, size: vertical x horizontal = 1 cm x 7 cm, thickness: 60 μm) to a thickness of 15 μm after drying, and a glass plate was bonded. (trade name "G-leaf", manufactured by NEC Glass Co., Ltd., thickness 50 μm), and then irradiated with 365 nm light (irradiation dose: 2000 mJ / cm2) using an LED irradiator in an air atmosphere 2 ), a TAC / adhesive layer / G-leaf laminate was obtained. When the pencil hardness of the G-leaf surface of the obtained laminated body was measured by the method based on JISK5600-5-4 (ISO / DIN15184), it was 9H.

Abstract

Provided is a laminated body comprising a thinned glass plate and a resin film which are bonded together by means of an adhesive and having excellent bending resistance. A laminated body according tothe present invention has a configuration in which a glass plate having a thickness of 150 um or less and a resin film are laminated together via an adhesive layer, and has a bending resistance of 10or more according to the following test. Bending resistance test: A set of operation comprises bending the laminated body by 180 degrees from a stretched state so as to have a bending radius of 3 mm in a direction in which a surface of the glass plate becomes concave, and then stretching the laminated body again. The operation is performed at the rate of 43 sets per minute, and the number of the sets when a crack has occurred in the laminated body is regarded as an index of the bending resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a laminate comprising a thinned glass plate and having excellent bending durability, and a flexible device including the laminate. This application claims Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-147077 filed in Japan on July 28, 2017, Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73646 filed in Japan on April 6, 2018, Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73647, Japan Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73648, Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73649, Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73650, Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73651, and Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-73652, and the contents thereof are hereby cited. Background technique [0002] For displays such as touch panels and organic EL displays of mobile information terminals such as smartphones and tablet PCs, glass plates have been used in the past due to reasons such as high hardness, transparency, and high-quality feeling. However, glass plates lack flexibi...
