Silicon powder and coke are roasted under the catalytic action of iron powder, silicon carbide whiskers can be easily obtained, the SiC/C homogenized material is more stable in structure, and meanwhile, the erosion resistance and the strength of the homogenized material are improved. After part of coke is graphitized, the oxidation resistance, erosion resistance and mud beating performance of the SiC/C homogenized material are improved.
