With a reaction system for producing methane chloride through the methane chloride gas phase thermal chlorination method, obtained mixed gas obtained after methane chloride and chlorine react sequentially enters a steam generation system, a chiller III, a condensation separation system, a dehydrogenation system, a dichloromethane refining system, a trichloromethane refining system and a carbon tetrachloride refining system.
