The system comprises an imaging unit, a laser treatment unit and an ultrasonic treatment unit, wherein theimaging unit comprises a pulse laser generator and an ultrasonic diagnosis probe; the pulse laser generator is used for emitting pulse laser to an interested area and triggering an acousto-optic effect, and the ultrasonic diagnosis probe is used for receiving ultrasonic waves generated by triggering of the pulse laser to form an acousto-electric signal; the laser treatment unit is used for emitting laser to realize photothermal therapy and possible light immunotherapy; and the ultrasonic treatment unit is used for emitting sound waves to realize thermal ablation therapy and possible thermal immunotherapy.
