[0039] This embodiment provides a purification process of highland barley β-glucan, including the following steps: using AB-8 macroporous resin to adsorb highland barley extract to remove pigment, the resin dosage is 2%-4%, the temperature is 40°C-60°C, pH2.0-4.0, time 70-90min. Centrifuge at 6000 r / min for 15 min to remove the resin in the solution and collect the supernatant. The supernatant was properly concentrated, passed through Sepharose CL-4B agarose column, polysaccharide was detected by anthrone-sulfuric acid method at 620 nm separator, and β-glucan was detected by Congo red method. Fractions containing pure beta-glucan were pooled. Freeze-dried to obtain 0.3 g of beta-glucan product.
