Abstract

The invention discloses a kitchen waste disposal system and a disposal method, and relates to the field of solid waste resource utilization. The disposal system comprises a pre-disposal device, a digestion device and a temperature control device, wherein, the pre-disposal device comprises kitchen waste sorting and selecting equipment, kitchen waste crushing equipment, oil-water separating equipment and a material storage tank; the digestion device comprises a feeding pump and a high solid content anaerobic digestion reactor; and the temperature control device comprises a thermometer, a water pump and a circulation water tank. An application method comprises the following steps: kitchen waste is pre-disposed; pre-disposed kitchen waste and high-solid-content (total solid content is greaterthan 15%) anaerobic sludge and biochar are loaded in the high solid content anaerobic digestion reactor for anaerobic digestion; and methane is collected and biogas residue is discharged. The system improves the methane production capacity of anaerobic digestion and disposal of kitchen waste, improves process stability, and meanwhile obtains high-quality organic fertilizer containing biochar.
