The extraction method comprises the following steps 1, crushing dried impatiens balsamina plants to obtain impatiens balsamina powder, 2, adding deionized water of which the mass is 18-22 times that of the impatiens balsamina powder into the impatiens balsamina powder to obtain a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution, and adding cellulase, amylase and proteolytic enzyme for enzymolysis for 1-1.5 hours to obtain an enzymolysis solution, 3, heating the enzymolysis solution to 100-110 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-1.2 hours, and then cooling and filtering to obtaina filtrate, 4, heating and concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrated solution, and then dialyzing for 2-3 days to obtain a dialysate, 5, heating, concentrating and centrifuging the dialysate, removing precipitates, adding 95% ethanol with the volume 5-6 times that of the supernatant, standing overnight, and carrying out alcohol precipitation to obtain an alcohol precipitation solution,and 6, carrying out centrifugal treatment on the alcohol precipitation solution to obtain precipitates, and alternately washing the precipitates with absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone for 3-5 times to obtain the washed precipitates, namely impatiens balsamina glycan.
