Abstract

The reworkable adhesive tape comprises a release material layer and an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is provided with a plurality of grooves which are communicated with one another, and at least one groove forms a liquid inlet in the adhesive layer. An adhesive layer of the reworkable adhesive tape is attached between a first component and a second component, a debonding agent is dripped from the liquid inlet until the debonding agent uniformly flows into the grooves of the adhesive layer, the second component is drawn to separate the second component from the adhesive layer, andthen the adhesive layer is drawn to separate the adhesive layer from the first component, so that the adhesive tape can be stripped.
