The runner blade repairing process specifically comprises the following steps that a, water outlet edge parts of all blades and a runner cone in the hydraulic turbine are cut off according to the size; b, new blade blanks are cast, blade patches are formed through milling on a numerical control planer type milling machine, and meanwhile, welding grooves of the blade patches are formed through milling together; c, notches of the falling parts, obtained after cutting, of the blades of the hydraulic turbine are blown and cut to be be smooth, and welding grooves consistent with those of the blade patches are machined by using a numerical control boring machine; d,the blade patches are welded to the notches of the original blades in an inlaid mode; and e, a sample plate is used for checking to guarantee the reliability of the welded blades, and then all the blade patches are connected with the original blades in sequence.
