The stabilizer composition contains, per 100 parts by mass of a component (A), 5-700 parts by mass inclusive of a component (B)and 5-200 parts by mass of a component (C). The component (A) is one or more type of organic acid zinc salt. The component (B) is one or more type selected from the group consisting of organic acid barium salts, overbased barium carbonates, organic acid calcium salts, and overbased calcium carbonates. The component (C) is one or more type of hindered amine photostabilizer.
