Abstract

The invention relates to application of lalang grass rhizome in preparation of a medicine for treating melanoma diseases. The lalang grass rhizome particles are applied to in vivo inhibition of growthof melanoma model mouse tumors and in vitro inhibition of proliferation, clone formation, invasion and migration of melanoma A375 and B16-F10 cells. Experiments prove that the lalang grass rhizome granules have a good inhibiting effect on melanoma, can obviously delay the growth rate of B16-F10 tumor-bearing mouse tumors at the concentration of 300kg / ml, and can obviously inhibit the proliferation of melanoma A375 and B16-F10 at the concentration of 0.5 mg / ml in vitro; the clone formation capability, invasion and migration are realized, and the inhibition effect on cells is more obvious alongwith the increase of the drug concentration, and the concentration dependence is shown. The invention opens up a new application for the traditional Chinese medicine lalang grass rhizome, and provides a new candidate medicine for clinical treatment of melanoma diseases.
