Abstract

The present invention provides a periodontal regeneration material with an immune regulation function. The periodontal regeneration material with the immune regulation function comprises bio-derived calcium apatite particles and macrophage polarization inducing factors, and the macrophage polarization inducing factors are loaded on the bio-derived calcium apatite particles. The present invention also proposes a preparation method of the periodontal regeneration material with the immune regulation function. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step one, preparing a bio-derivedcalcium apatite material and screening loads with a suitable particle size for inducing factors for subsequent polarization of macrophages; and step two, coating polydopamine on surfaces of the prepared bio-derived calcium apatite and then realizing loading and slow release of the inducing factors for the polarization of the macrophages by a soaking method. The inducing factors for the polarization of the macrophages (such as cytokines and lipopolysaccharides) are loaded on the bio-derived calcium apatite material. The present invention aims to develop a new type of the periodontal immune regeneration material which can stabilize periodontal defect spaces and also has an immune regulation function, so as to realize regeneration of periodontal tissues.
