Embodiment 1

[0025] A preparation method of polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing, its implementation steps are as follows:

[0026] Dissolve 5 g of polyethylene glycol acrylate (200) in 50 ml of deionized water, add 50 mg of photoinitiator 2959, ultrasonicate for 30 minutes, filter through a filter membrane with a pore size of 0.22 um, and protect from light for later use.

[0027] Dissolve 5 g of glucosamine in 50 ml of deionized water, ultrasonicate for 30 minutes and filter through a filter membrane with a pore size of 0.22 um for later use to prepare an aqueous solution of biologically active molecules.

[0028] The bioactive molecule solution of 3) is added to the mixed solution of 2), poured into a mold and initiated polymerization by a 320-365nm wavelength ultraviolet lamp for 30 minutes to obtain a polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing loaded with glucosamine. Its solid content was 9.1%.

Embodiment 2

[0030] A kind of preparation method of polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing, change 5g polyethylene glycol acrylate (200) in embodiment 1 step 1) into 10g polyethylene glycol acrylate (400); 1. The glucosamine in step 2) is changed into dextran; all the other are the same as in Example 1.

[0031] The polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing loaded with dextran is obtained after pouring into a mold and initiating polymerization with a 320-365nm wavelength ultraviolet lamp for 30 minutes. Its solid content is 13.04%.

Embodiment 3

[0033] A preparation method of a polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing, changing the photoinitiator 2959 in step 1) of Example 1 to phenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) lithium phosphate; Change the 5g glucosamine in embodiment 1 step 3) into 10g glucosamine; All the other are the same as embodiment 1.

[0034] The polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing loaded with dextran is obtained after pouring into a mold and initiating polymerization with a 320-365nm wavelength ultraviolet lamp for 30 minutes. Its solid content is 13.04%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a photo-initiated polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing. The dressing is prepared by taking a polyethylene glycol diacrylate solution, a bioactive molecule solution and aphotoinitiator as raw materials, mixing the polyethylene glycol diacrylate solution with the photoinitiator, then mixing obtained mixture with the bioactive molecule solution, and performing irradiating with an ultraviolet lamp tube. The weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol diacrylate solution to the bioactive molecule solution is (4-7):(6-3), and the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol diacrylate solution to the photoinitiator is 100:(0.05-0.2). The photo-initiated polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing has certain mechanical properties and water absorption swelling properties, is suitable for wound surface protection and infection treatment, and can enhance cell adhesion and promote cell proliferation so as to realize application of the dressing in the aspects of beauty treatment, wound healing and tissue engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hydrogel dressing and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a photoinitiated polyethylene glycol-based hydrogel dressing and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical materials. Background technique [0002] Many parts of living organisms are composed of polymer hydrogel morphology. The hydrogel morphology of these properties provides a wide range of application ideas for guiding innovative products in the fields of new medical devices, superabsorbent materials, and personal care. For example, hydrogel-like dressings applied to skin epidermis and dermis have been a hot topic in tissue engineering research in recent years. This type of dressing is expected to have the following characteristics: effective absorption of body fluid exuded from the wound, good water vapor permeability, creating a moist healing environment, covering and protecting the wound from bacterial and microbial infe...
