The novel SCR system mixer is characterized by comprising a barrel (1) and a rotational flowmixing pipe (2), wherein a stainless steel wire net (10) is arranged at the bottom of the rotational flow mixing pipe (2), and is formed by weaving and winding steel wires in sequence; and a side surface (11) which is formed by integrally bending upwards and allows waste gas and urea to pass through is formed on the peripheral edge of the stainless steel wire net (10), and the bent edge of the side surface (11) is connected with the bottom of the rotational flow mixing pipe (2).
