The preparation method comprises the following steps of stirring and dissolving tea polyphenol with distilled water; adding pullulan and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose separately; and magnetically stirring and dissolving in a water bath at 40 DEG C, and cooling to obtain the fresh-keeping coating liquid. The use method comprises the following steps of selecting pteridium aquilinum which is free from mechanical damage, free from plant diseases and insect pests, uniform in color and luster and consistent in length; putting the pretreated pteridium aquilinum into the film coating solution for dip-coating for 1-3 minutes, taking out the pteridium aquilinum, and naturally airing the pteridium aquilinum at room temperature; and finally, storing the pteridium aquilinum in a fresh-keeping box at 4 DEG C.
