Problems solved by technology

The bubbling bed directly supplements the decomposed water of gas hydrate and the fresh water that needs to be supplemented, which has little effect on accelerating the nucleation of gas hydrate, and does not significantly disturb the gas-liquid two-phase of the hydration reaction system of the bubbling bed, so it accelerates the gas Hydrate formation rate has little effect

Abstract

The invention relates to a method capable of accelerating generation of a gas hydrate in a bubbling bed. Compared with a mode that an existing bubbling bed hydration reactor adopts a cold-wall heat exchanger for heat transferring and transferrs heat through a pipe wall, the method, which adopts a mode that ice slurry is blown in a bubbling bed hydration reaction phase for direct contact for heat transferring, has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. According to the invention, ice slurry is blown in thebubbling bed hydration reaction phase for heat transfer, no cold wall facility is arranged in a bubbling bed hydration reactor, generated hydrate crystals cannot be adsorbed, and even if a small amount of hydrate crystals are adhered to the outer wallof a nozzle, the influence on heat transfer efficiency and gas hydrate floating is very small because the outer surface of the nozzle is very small. Compared with a traditional cold-wall heat exchanger, the method adopts the mode that the temperature in the bubbling bed hydration reactor is regulated and controlled by regulating the ice content of the blown ice slurry, and has the advantages of being rapid in reaction, simple in process and the like. The ice slurry is blown into the hydration reactor to replenish water and remove heat, and ice crystals in the ice slurry have an acceleration effect on nucleation of the gas hydrate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method capable of accelerating the formation of gas hydrate in a bubbling bed. Background technique [0002] As a non-petroleum route alternative technology with obvious advantages, the one-step process of synthesis gas to low-carbon olefins has developed rapidly in China in recent years, especially the research and development of catalysts is at the international leading level. The catalysts currently developed for the one-step synthesis of low-carbon olefins from synthesis gas are mainly divided into two categories. The first category is F-T-like synthesis catalysts, and the second category is dual-function catalysts. The first type of catalyst has a high conversion rate of synthesis gas and low selectivity of low-carbon olefins; the second type of dual-function catalyst has a low conversion rate of synthesis gas and high selectivity of low-carbon olefins. Therefore, gas separation problems exist with both types of catalys...
