Abstract

The invention discloses production application of a lactic acid bacteria fermentation technology in processing and manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicinal material polygonatum sibiricum. A traditional processing technology of traditional Chinese medicinal materials is changed. The production application comprises the following steps of: pretreating raw polygonatum sibiricum, adding water, sterilizing at high temperature, and cooling; inoculating lactobacillus plantarum HM6008, and fermenting at constant temperature; and drying, thereby obtaining the polygonatum sibiricum traditional Chinese medicinal material product. The traditional Chinese medicinal material product is appropriate in taste and rich in nutritive value, and has the characteristics that the content of sapogenin is effectively increased, the content of 5-HMF is reduced, and the content of effective components is increased.
