Abstract

The grouting material is composed of a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 2: 1. The component A is composed of following raw materials in percentage by mass: 75 to 85 percent of liquid epoxy resin, 5 to 15 percent of benzyl glycidyl ether and 5 to 15 percent of C12-14 alkyl glycidyl ether. The component B is prepared from 45 to 55 percent of polyether amine D400 and 45 to 55 percent of high-activity modified amine, wherein the high-activity modified amine is prepared from 40 to 45 parts of N-aminoethyl piperazine, 35 to 45 parts of polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 15 to 25 parts of an accelerant through a self exothermic reaction at normal temperature for 5 to 6 hours.
